What should a First Time home buyer know?
When you start thinking about buying your first home (or becoming a First Time Home buyer), it’s easy to let your emotions run the show. Before you know it, you’re searching every day on your home-browsing app. Then, you start rearranging your schedule for drive-by viewings. Maybe, you even start researching creative financing options that would allow you to buy a house with next to nothing down. You probably stop and look whenever you see a home for sale sig in a yard.
Slow down. Landing a house you can’t afford can lead to financial disaster. One of my goals with first time home buyers is helping you understand the steps of the home-buying process. Helping you make smart decisions about your home purchase is a key goal. After all a first time home buyer usually does not have experience navigating the steps of purchasing; unless you have already been taught by someone who has been there and done that.
Let’s Interview each other. Here’s Why…
I explain to you all the important details of the home buying process, while helping you clearly set your goals and motivation. I also connect you with the right qualified loan officer to help you evaluate your financial readiness – and determine the strategies for buying. Together, we’ll navigate this exciting process with the goal of making the journey stress-free, rewarding and fun.
Most importantly, meeting in person allows us to get to know each other and establish a good working relationship – from day one. Here is a link to my youtube channel for more informational videos. I also has some easy to use checklists you can use to map out your home purchase. Buying a Home in Virginia beach, or anywhere around the Hampton roads area is easy but complicated at the same time.
